Old Navy & Crowdtap Bundle Up Bash

I know I've mentioned Crowdtap on here a few times before and I hope you joined! Crowdtap gives you an opportunity to mingle with brands and voice your opinions. I recently got selected for a chance to take 3 friends into my local Old Navy store and each of us walked out with a pair of pants, a sweater and a winter accessory.

Trying on clothes has NEVER been so fun! We started our trip with picking up items we'd normally choose. Eventually before we hit the dressing rooms we decided that this is a good time to think outside the box and try something new. What better time then when you have 3 great friends with to help critique you and tell you what is, and isn't working for you?

We went into the dressing rooms with literally piles of clothes! Each person choose their pants, sweater and accessory and we all came out together. Eventually after two fun-filled hours of shopping we'd made our final selections and walked out with huge smiles on our faces. I personally still have some baby weight on me from the birth of my daughter and I've really put off purchasing new clothes for far too long.

The shopping trip really helped me get my groove back in a way. I felt amazing when I walked out and it got me to realize that I need to invest more in myself no matter what size and quit waiting for the right time to buy clothes. Two of my friends are in the middle of their weight-loss efforts as well so their clothes are not fitting either and I'm hoping it did the same thing for them as it did for me.

Here's a couple pictures from our trip:

It was so great to get a ladies' night out (and long overdue). I have to thank my girls for coming with me and helping me make my final selection. I also have to mention the employees were AMAZING! They were running all over the store helping us switch sizes and lengths and we felt horrible for the pile of clothes we left them when we finally cleaned out our dressing rooms. They acted like it wasn't a big deal and seemed to (hopefully) have as much fun with it as we did.
