You can get a FREE 6-Pack of Snapple through the end of the month. Purchase your favorite 6-Pack at the store (use $1 off coupon if you still have one available from your old inserts) and a piece of paper/index card with:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Flavor Purchased
• Store Name
• Price
• Also include:
• Original rceipt
• UPC from bottom of box

You can also look in-store for the rebate form. You are allowed up to 5 requests/household, but each need to be a seperate family member name. The 6-packs should be purchased on or before June 30, 2011 and the envelope must be postmarked by July 11, 2011. They'll send you a check for the full amount!
