Each day, BIC is giving away pens to the 1st 130 people each hour (between 10am & 8pm EST)
here. This doesn't sound like much, and I've herd they're hard to get. However, I just happend to get one the first time I visited. BIC gives each of the 130 people 20 minutes to fill out their form, if they don't they forfit their item and it goes to someone else.
I happened to visit the site at 20 after this afternoon and got right in (apparentley snagging someone else's who didn't complete the form in time). It could've been a coincidence, or they could just quit getting slammed after a few minutes. Hopefully you'll find it helpful! You can watch for them
